The company was founded in 2005 as a consulting company focused primarily on Management Consultancy. Company consultants implemented a number of contracts as subcontracts for other companies both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Most projects were focused on HR (human resources), specifically restructuring, change management and related internal communication, as well as consultancy in the area of team performance enhancement.
